FCC Lahore Offers Merit Scholarships for Intermediate and Baccalaureate

Lahore, Merit scholarships are being offered to the students of Intermediate and Baccalaureate programs of Forman Christian College Lahore. The scholarships are being awarded to the fresh students of Intermediate class in August 2012 and fresh students of Baccalaureate taking admission during 2012. The eligibility criteria for the merit scholarships for the students of Intermediate class is waiving of 100% tuition fee for the top position holders of any board of Pakistan in their secondary school certificate examination and waiving of 75% tuition fee to the students obtaining 85 % marks in the board.

The policy will be adopted for award of scholarship on first come first served basis. The students of intermediate class will be eligible for getting scholarship who have at least attendance of 75% and average of 85% on monthly test and students for graduate class must have at least 2.0 GPA along with full time status.

37 scholarships are available for intermediate classes and 70 scholarships for graduation classes including 58 scholarship for the students of BA(Hons)/BSc (Hons), 6 for BSc (Hons) for Business and 6 for BSc (Hons) for computer Sciences. Students for both categories will be given waive of 75% tuition fees but 85% in the case of intermediate exams. If students do not have 85% in their 1st year but they obtained 85% in aggregate after the announcement of the result of 2nd year will be awarded scholarship. Students of A level having 3 or more AS in A level exams in the respective subject and qualify in the FEAT and in case of students of International Baccalaureate, if GPA and passing of FEAT is declared evaluation positively by the committee.
