Female Candidates & Private Institutions Leads PU BA/BSc Result 2013

According to the BA and BSC Exams conducted under Punjab University the announcement of these exams have been made in which private candidates showed their domination. According to these announced results female students took 5 out of total 6 positions. The students of the local colleges took the first three positions of BSC while private candidates grabbed top three positions in BA. Sadaf who is the student of local college took first position after getting 706/ 800 marks and Sadia Nawaz a student of local college was seen on the second position after securing 699 marks whereas the third position was also secured by a student of local college after getting 684 marks and the top three positions in BA were obtained by private students. The total number of candidates appearing in the exams was 134888 out of which 50281 remained successful making a passing percentage of 37.28% according to the statistics issued by the Examination Department of Punjab University. In BSC exams total students appearing was 23068 and number of students appearing for BA Exams was 111812. The total number of successful students in BA was 39968 whereas the number of successful candidates in BSC remained 10313.
