Filling up NAT Registration Form

On the NTS website, write your desired authentication keyword of 4 digits only (for example: 1234), in your information on the provisional candidates list, which in case of ambiguity is required for correction. Later in the provisional candidates list, to submit correction query, this keyword will be required, that’s why remember this keyword and keep it with you.

In the paragraph 2 of the registration form, for desired test center choice, select your test city.

In the paragraph 7 of the registration form, valid email address should be written by you, as at this email address your roll number, test center and other information will be sent to you. Check your emails regularly.

You will be sent your roll number slips and result cards through courier service. In paragraph 9 of the registration form, valid and clear address should be given, where the delivery s certain. In their NAT registration form, candidates must fill the “postal address,” “postal city,” and “postal city district,” in order to receive the test roll number slip and result cards.

In the paragraph 11 of the registration form, your major subjects and percentage of secured marks in two digits should be written by you in the academic record portion, forms will not be processed if it has any information other than percentage. In abbreviation form, pleased write only particular board name, in the academic record column “Board/University,” for example FBISE of Islamabad, BISE of Gujranwala, BISE of Rawalpindi, BISE of Abbottabad and etc.

Registration forms will not be processes if it is incomplete or improperly filled.

Post the duly filled registration form along with the attachment of original deposit slip to NTS.
