The students who have completed their master level programs and they are going to get admission in the Universities in MPhil level examination, they will have to appear in the GAT test. Higher Education Commission declared this GAT test mandatory for the students who want to get admission in the MPhil programs. National Testing Service is the responsible institute to conduct this GAT test of the students of master level programs.
The students who want to get admission in the GAT test, we are going to discuss the pattern of the test for their convenience so that they can understand the pattern and style of the paper and division of marks in different categories. Most of the students can pass this test but only passing the test is not sufficient as the less marks in the test cannot help you to get admission in high standard university or educational institutions. The GAT test is conducted in the country after every two months. The candidates, who fail in the test or cannot get good marks in the test, can appear in the next test so that they can good marks and improve their position so that they can get admission in the high level university or institutes. This test will remain valid for a period of two years but if this period is lapsed then they can appear in the test once again which enables them to get admission in the universities.
The candidates, who has passed their 16 years education or master in any program are eligible to get admission in MPhil or higher level programs for which they have to pass the GAT test conducted by NTS. In the table given below, you can see the categories in which marks of different subjects are divided and total marks comes up to 100 marks. the candidates who get 50 marks are declared successful in this test. But if the students look and understand the below mentioned table then they can make better preparation of the test and can get good marks.
