Within the Jurisdiction of BISE, Swat.
Subject: Half fee concession to real Brothers/Sisters in Private Educational Institutions
I am directed to refer to honorable high Court decision vide No. 1297/JudL dated 12-2-2011 promulgated by higher Education regulatory Authority Govt: of Khyber PakhtunkhwaPeshawar vide letter No 01/HERA/General/260-68 dated 28-02-2011, and subsequent letter ofBISE, Swat (Regulatory Authority) No 10468/Acad:/BISE, Swat dated 29-03-2011 for strict implementation of the above mentioned policy, which clearly states, “when two or more real brothers and sisters attend the same School or different Schools in the province, only the brother or sister in the highest Class of a School shall be required to pay full rate of fee-the fees payable by the other brothers and sisters shall not exceed one half the ordinary rates”
You are therefore directed to update BISE, Swat being regulatory authority, on the implementations of the above mentioned policy, and forward your compliance report as perproforma given below.
