HEC offering overseas scholarships for University of Cambridge

For the award of PhD scholarships, jointly funded by Cambridge Commonwealth Trust (CCT) and HEC, applications are invited from outstanding Pakistani nationals for study in UK at the University of Cambridge. For academic session starting fall 2014, the scholarships will be awarded.
For eligibility, the candidates must be Pakistani nationals, minimum sixteen years of education, at most two 2nd divisions in their academic career, maximum age of 40 years on 16 May 2014 for employees of the public sector R&D organizations and full time and regular faculty members of public sector Universities/Colleges AND 35 years for others.
Applicants must have minimum cumulative 50% academic marks according to HEC Academic Evaluation Formula (AEF). Applicants must have got admission in the University of Cambridge into a PhD program for fall 2014 session. Those candidates are not eligible who’re already availing any other scholarship.
