HEC to launch Educational Channel Soon

HEC Chairperson Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed says that Higher Education Commission will soon launch its educational channel that will provide complete information about the development of latest technology in the world.
The IT department of Quaid-e-Azam University of Engineering, Science & Technology organized a National Conference with title “How to bring the Latest Technology” during which Dr. Mukhtar said that human beings landing on the moon was due to advance technology. He added that the most important role for promotion of technology use is initiated by HEC.
He told that HEC organizes these conferences in collaboration with universities which is very beneficial for students. He also said that HEC is helping teachers in their PhD level education and they have also increased number of scholarships to the universities.
The conference was attended and addressed by others also including Chairman IT Dr. Ibrahim Channa, Prof Dr. Zahid Abro, Conference focal person Dr. Saleem Waghio and Rector of MAJU Karachi Prof Dr. Zameer Shaikh.
