Inter Exams Going to Start Today In Punjab, Several Still Deprived of Roll Number Slips

Lahore, Intermediate exams of 2012 are going to start all over the Punjab including  boards of intermediate and secondary education Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi and Dera Ghazi Khan are going to start today on May 8, 2012 and roll number slips has been dispatched to the students. All necessary preparations have been made and the security teams for examination centers including imposition of section 144, have also been done.

Students have been forbidden to take any helping material in the examination hall while the duty staff is instructed strictly not to use mobile phones during duty hours. Sources disclosed that all DCO’s and divisional commissioners would visit the examination centers. Secretary Education, Director Colleges, District Officer’s Colleges, Resident Inspectors and respective headmasters have also been given permission to inquire about examination centers at any time.

On the contrary, students of intermediate class are facing problems in receiving their roll number slips and there is only one day left in the beginning of exams. Inter students have shown their anger towards them and held them responsible for the negligence and irresponsible behavior of board authorities.
