If you are the national of EEA and wish to enroll in Norway for more than three months duration than you have to register with the police and should have basis for the residence. It is also must that you should have valid identity card and passport with you and also should have a document that shows that you will not be burden to the public welfare services. If you are an employer and are from Romania or Bulgaria and not having any residence permit in Norway than the special transitional rules will be applied. In this condition you have to apply for the residence permit. The same rule is applied for the nationals of Romania and Bulgaria that will not work in the Norway. All these types of students are free to enter Norway and are obliged to register with in the three months of their entry in the Norway.
