Islamabad, Karakoram International University announced the FA/FSc Part 2 result 2013 of all government and private institutes affiliated with this University. The colleges and education institutes located in the cities like Gilgit, Astore, Skardu, Ganchay and Diamer are affiliated with this KIU and their candidates appeared in the HSSC Part 2 exams.
According to the statistics of the KIU, Shoaib Khan of Hunza Leader College Aliabad got 883 marks and grabbed the first position, who is the student of Commerce group. Zeeshan Karim got the second position as he grabbed 845 marks. Ghulam Qadir student of Federal Government Boys Degree College Gilgit got 835 marks and stood first in the Engineering group while Ali Ahmed students of Global Higher Secondary School Daynor stood second with 800 marks.
Total 10,025 candidates appeared in the Inter Part 2 exams. The pass percentage of different cities like Gilgit, Skardu, Diamer, Ganchay and Astore remain 51, 37, 36, 24 and 39 percent respectively. The percentage of the private colleges remains high with 60% and the percentage of the government colleges remains low with 44.8 percent.
