A merit for interview short listing candidates is settled on academic ranking, work experience (if any) and performance of test scoring of the candidates. The candidates qualifying for this comparative ranking are called for interview.
The interview will demonstrate the potential of MBA candidates to become capable professional managers. During the interview, the Admissions Committee will assess the communicational expertise, managerial capability, thinking ability, knowledge about subjects and level of awareness on common issues. The final decision pertaining to admissions will be given after the interview.
