Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Schedule Issue

Multan, University of Health Sciences Lahore has announced the admissions in all medical and dental colleges of the province. The interested candidates who have already qualified in the entry test can obtain admission forms and prospectus from University of Health Sciences Lahore, Rawalpindi Medical College and Nishtar Medical College Multan after provision of Matric & Intermediate result card, result card of entry test and attested copy of domicile certificate. The candidates can submit admission forms to the same center duly completed in all respects on or before November 10, 2012. The candidates will be granted admission in the medical or dental college which they mentioned in their admission forms and there will be no amendment or changing in the preferred college.

The candidates who are Hafiz e Quran and have 79% or more percentage will have to appear for test in the University of Health Sciences Lahore from October 8 to 13, 2012 for which they can register their names in the Director of Medical Education, University of Health Sciences from October 2 to 5, 2012. The medical board of disabled persons will be conducted from November 14 to 17, 2012.

First merit list for grant of admission in medical colleges will be displayed on November 26, 2012 and second merit list will be displayed on December 20-, 2012 whereas classes in all medical colleges will be started from December 13, 2012. The merit list for grant of admission in dental colleges will be displayed on December 27, 2012 and classes will be started on January 14, 2013.

There are 16 medical colleges and 3 dental colleges in the whole province. The medical colleges have the capacity of 3705 seats whereas there are 216 seats in dental colleges.
