Method of Filling the GAT Registration Form

In your information, on the provisional candidates list on NTS website, write your desired authentication keyword of only 4 digits (for example: 1234) which is required for correction (in case of ambiguity). To submit correction query in provisional candidates list later, this keyword will be required, so remember this keyword and keep it with you.

For desired test center choice, select your rest city.

As your roll number, test center and other information will be sent to you through email address, so please write your valid email address and also regularly keep checking your emails.

Through courier service, the roll number slips and result cards will be sent. Where delivery is certain, give valid and clear address. In order to receive the test roll number slip and result card, in their registration forms, candidates must fill the “Postal address,” “Postal City,” and the “Postal City District.”

In two digits only, write down your major subjects and percentage of secured marks in the academic record portion, and any other information given in the forms, other than the percentage will not be processed. Please write only the name of the particular board in abbreviation in the academic record column “Board/University,” for example FBISE Islamabad, BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Gujranwala, BISE Abbottabad etc.

Registration forms which are incomplete or improperly filled will not be processed.

For eligible candidates list, test venue and all other related information, please keep interactive with the website of NTS www.nts.org.pk.

Along with the duly filled registration form, attach the original deposit slip and post the form to the NTS Islamabad.

Important Note:

The submission of registration form will not be accepted by hand.

Along with the copy of the NTS result card, it is required by the candidates to apply for the admissions in the universities as per their respective announcements.

On the first come first served basis of the registration form, the list of provisional eligible candidates will be displayed on the NTS website(within one week of the receipt of registration forms). Within four days only, queries regarding provisional data will be accepted.

Two days after the last date of provisional list, the list of final eligible candidates will be uploaded. In the list of final eligible candidates, the roll number and test center will be allotted.

About 10 days prior to the test date, the roll number slips will be dispatched by NTS. Within 7 days after the test date, the result cards will be dispatched by NTS.
