New Syllabus According to Advanced Educational Standards

Baligur Rahman, minister of state for Federal Education, recently said that government will introduce syllabus according to the advanced educational standards. He said that while presiding over the Curriculum Review Committee that is formed to establish syllabus for Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) up to 5th class.
Joint Education Adviser Rafiq Tarar briefed the minister during this meeting about the new courses of 8 subjects that will be reviewed including Islamiyat, Urdu, English, general knowledge, social studies, general science, mathematics and education.
It was told that the purpose to review the syllabus is to focus on civic sense, health & hygiene, environmental protection, acceptance of diversity, democratic culture, local & global residency, integrity & honesty and others.
