Pakistani students to play in UK school games

Islamabad, The school students of Pakistan are going to take p[art in UK school games will commence on 6th May and close on 9th May in London. More than 400 students will participate in the event.
The UK school games, is an annual multi sports event for the best young school players of UK. From the last four years, International Inspiration Program becomes the part of the event. IT training sessions running by different schools which were managed in schools throughout Pakistan and these schools ‘Young Sports Leaders’ be a part of the British Council’s International Inspirations (II) program.
During the games, these ‘Young Sports Leaders’ with their chaperons will be part of many volunteering activities. They will be participating in roles reaching from coordinating, keeping scores and cooperating with the media.
Two young sports leaders belonging from the International Inspiration Program in Pakistan will participate as volunteers in these games. Maaz Ahmed from Multan and Mariam Rashid from Karachi will arrive in London along with Iram Siddique (adult supervisor) from Islamabad on 3rd May 2012. These young leaders and their supervisor are part of II of schools organized by the British Council. Pakistan is also taking pat in these UK school games along with other 10 countries
The Youth Sport Trust has taken complete responsibility for the employment, training and participation of all volunteers getting supports from London Youth Games Foundation. In this program, the International Inspiration (II) will be one significant volunteering group.
The main objective of this event is to appreciate and make high different staff of expertise, skillful and dedicated young volunteer and also encourage them to carry on their volunteering activities beyond this event. The objective of International Inspiration (II) program o appreciate and rewarding more than one million school going children throughout Pakistan towards sports and PE as a legacy of London 2012. For which 58 schools in Pakistan and UK had signed MoUs, with differe3ent schools and colleges to develop physical education in Pakistani schools.
