Punjab Examination Commission has announced the date sheet of 5^th class annual exams on Friday 8^th January 2016. PEC is an autonomous body under Punjab Govt. which has the authority to conduct 5^th class and 8^th class annual exams in the whole province of Punjab. All the public schools and few private schools in Punjab are affiliated with PEC for 5^th class annual exams and 8^th class annual exams. Now the roll no slips of students of class 5 will also be issued soon by PEC. PEC was founded in 2005 and since then it has been working under authority from Punjab Govt. The purpose behind the establishment of PEC was to increase the examination quality of primary and middle level classes in Punjab. According to the date sheet of PEC 5^th class, the annual exams of 5^th class will be held from 1^st February to 8^th February 2016 while there are total 5 papers in the PEC 5^th class annual exams 2016. PEC received the registration forms from students till Monday 16^th November 2016. Thousands of students from all the districts of Punjab submit the registration forms and these students will now participate in the PEC 5^th class annual examination 2016. Students of following districts will participate in the PEC 5^th class annual exams: Attock, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Toba tek Singh, Vehari, Rajanpur, Bhakkar, Chakwal, Chiniot, DG Khan, Faisalabad, Mianwali, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Jhang, Jhelum, Kasur, Khanewal, Khushab, Lahore, Layyah, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Lodhran, Mandi Bahauddin, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Narowal, Okara, Nankana Sahib and Rahim Yar Khan.
