Police Character Certificate or Certificate of Good Conduct:
Visa officer can request you to provide police certificate or can request you to provide certificate of good conduct. Actually the police character certificate is required to prove your identity and citizenship to visa officer and also to Canadian immigration. This certificate will show that you are a responsible person and you don’t have any type of criminal record.
The police agencies of your country can have security check of your background. These checks can be done when you are 18 years old and when you apply for student visa. When ever you move to some other place then you have to provide your fax, telephone number and address to the embassy or to visa officer. The best is to contact the visa officer before submitting your application for student visa.
