Punjab Endowment Fund biggest scholarship program: CM Punjab

Lahore, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that Punjab Government launched the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund for the students, which was the major educational scholarship program which is unique in its type in the world which ensures to support the poor but talented students.
The chief minister informed that endowment fund brought courage to the poor students. This project is helpful for delivering human resources and gives confident leadership to the country. He also stressed to promote independence for revolution and growth. The path of history could be changed through a strong revolution and tremendous willpower. This work can be proved difficult but not impossible.
He exchanged his views on the function managed at Chief Minister’s secretariat about achievement of the target of distribution of educational scholarship for one billion rupees to needy students by Punjab Educational Endowment Fund. He also assured for provision of educational scholarships of about one billions rupees to more than 30,200 deserving students from the endowment fund. He further added that the amount of educational funds will be increased from one billion to 10 billion rupees during the next financial year.
