Receipt of Double Fee not Legal

Quetta, Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has announced that the students should submit their admission forms and deposit admission fee but with the expiry of the final date, the board administration started receiving double fee from the students which is not correct.
According to the Government Teachers Association, the parents of the students are very poor and they deposit the regular fee with great difficulty but this system of receiving double fee and rechecking of papers fee will add the difficulty in their problems. The poor parents cannot afford to bear the expenses of the education of their children and their children are compelled to stop getting education. They said that if the government did not take action then they will protest for increase in fee and rechecking fee.
