SSUET Starts Admissions Issues First Merit List

Karachi, Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology Karachi has announced first merit for grant of admissions in the disciplines of Engineering including Computer, Telecommunication, Electronics, Biomedical and Civil.
The first merit list of the qualified students has been displayed on the notice board of the University and the students are also intimated. The students can also check the merit list on the website of the University.
According to the details, about 4300 candidates appeared in the exams for entry test which was held on November 18, 2012 at Karachi Expo Center out of which 1020 candidates are selected in different disciplines of engineering and technology.
According to the initial statement issued by the departments, about 200 candidates got admission in Electronic department, 100 in Telecommunication, 100 in Bio medical Engineering and 200 in Computer Engineering, 120 in Civil Engineering and 300 in Computer Sciences. The classes for the selected candidates are going to be started on January 7, 2013.
