Dr. Naimat Ullah Khan has completed his research and got PhD degree in Finance at an age of 27 years and 6 months in a period of only 33 months (two years and 9 months only) from University of Dundee, Scotland, UK.  It is also worth mention that the scholar not only completed his PhD but also succeeded in passing Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in very short period of time in research in the field of finance and accounting. The University of Peshawar has awarded PhD scholarship to Dr. Naimat Ullah under the faculty development program (FDP). He is now appointed as Assistant Professor at Institute of Management studies (IMS).

Dr. Naimat Ullah is certainly the “youngest” PhD at University of Peshawar and might be in Pakistan. The University of Peshawar is feeling proud of him having a young scholar.
