Actually the government of the Germany is funding primary to the university education of all the public institutions. In the year 2010, there were only 5 states out of 16 states of Germany which were charged tuition fees at all the state funded institutions. According to the new rule all of the 11 states from 16 states of Germany will provide tuition free of costs to all the international students. There are some rules for states that are
- No tuition fees in some of the states of the Germany.
- Charge of € 500 will be affected for the second degree or for more study duration in institutes of Germany.
- In some of the states of Germany there is a cost of € 500 for the first degree of the University.
