Lahore, University of Veterinary and Animals Sciences Lahore is going to manage the Eco Summer Internship program 2014. The department of Environmental Sciences is going to manage this Eco Summer internship programs with the collaboration of WWF Pakistan during the summer vacations. At the end of the internship programs, WWF Pakistan will award the certificate of internship, which is recognized in 100 countries spreading in five continents. In this internship program, the students of Department of Environmental Sciences including other departments of Microbiology, DVM, Biotechnology, Pharm-D etc can participate in this Eco summer internship program. Before the start of the Eco Summer internship program, the department of Environmental Sciences is going to conduct the orientation program in the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences on 4^th June 2014 at 2:30 pm in the conference room. The students should attend this orientation program and they can get the brochure for getting further information relating to this program.

Additional benefits of Internship Program:

The internship program has the affiliation with the WWF Pakistan, which is a globally recognized organization for providing education and employment to the students.
The students can get the annual membership with the WWF Pakistan and they can also get the free access to the WWF Pakistan with the environmental library and video center for the period of one year.
The students will be given the complimentary passes/invitation to the WWF Pakistan annual event and the campaigns.
The students will be granted discount on WWF Pakistan ECO travel tours and Panda products and free online WWW-Publication, which comprised of the Panda Post and Nature.

Features of the Eco Internship Program:

Each session will be 3 hours long
Registration fee is Rs. 1000 per student without exposure of visit transportation. If the students want to get the exposure visit transportation then they will have to pay the registration fee of Rs. 1500 per student.
Student across Pakistan ranging from class 8 or above are eligible to participate in this program.
Student will be awarded with the certificate from WWF-Pakistan, when they will complete the Internship successfully.
Students will be considered individual members of WWF-Pakistan through this Eco internship program being managed by UVAS.
