Providing convenient, affordable English proficiency tests, the TOEFL-ITP can be really useful for the academic and institutional placement, evaluation of progress, exit testing and many other situations.
In three areas, the candidates’ skills are evaluated by the TOEFL-ITP tests. These areas are as follows:
- Listening Comprehension: including short and long conversations and short talks or lectures, it measures the ability to understand English.
- Structure and Written Expression: It measures the ability for the recognition of standard written English.
- Reading: It measures the ability of reading and understanding short passages at the University level.
