For comparing the language skills of current and potential employees, a common standard of measurement is offered by the Speaking and Writing tests by the TOEIC (Test of English for international communication). The ability of non native speakers of English to listen, read, speak, and write in English language in the global workplace, is directly measured by TOEIC S&W test.
In the TOEIC S&W test, two main sections are included, which are as follows:
- Speaking
- Writing
The computer and internet based exam is called TOEIC S&W.
