Aptitude Test for MPhil/PhD/MS/MD Program 2012 Organized by KU

Karachi, The University of Karachi (KU) made arrangements for an aptitude test for admissions in the MPhil/PhD/MS/MD Program 2012 on Sunday. Around 3, 000 candidates participated against 1, 043 seats.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Qaisar visited all the faculties and appreciated the arrangements which were made in encouraging environment. Convener of the Postgraduate Admission Committee, Prof Dr Shahana Urooj Kazmi with Prof Dr Abuzar Wajidi and other Deans observed the transparency of the test.
The Deans of various faculties of KU, Prof Dr Zafar Iqbal, Prof Dr Ghazala Rizwani, Prof Dr Nusrat Jameel, and Dr SM Abbas were also present in the examination hall during the test and controlled the test.
The list of successful candidates can be watched on the KU website as well as would be displayed on the departmental notice boards. The successful candidates would appear for interview in their respective departments on May 24. For admission in MPhil Program, candidates will have to write one page on research proposal on the spot and two pages proposal for admission in PhD Program.
