Guaranteed 100 Percent Children Enrollment in Schools by CM Punjab

Lahore, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif informed on Thursday that improvement of schools reforms and upgrading of education in the province had produced positive results. He guaranteed that children’s enrollment will be 100 percent in Punjab and no child will be deprived from educational utilities.
He told that for the current year, a target of enrolling 3.1 million children in the province had been set. He was addressing in a meeting about Universal Campaign 2012 in the province, at Danish School, Chishtian. He further said that progress and growth cannot be achieved without getting good quality education and Punjab government had taken tremendous steps in this regard.
Officers who are good in performances will be given prizes and the officers having poor performance will be dealt with severely. He issued orders for the immediate suspension of those EDOs who have unsatisfactory performance and warned EDOs (Education) who have low performance and instruct them to improve their performance.
