The Southeast part of china has got more forests than any other part because the climate rice is cultivated here in very big amount. There are mountains that are Qinling-Shan which separates Northeast China from the Southeast China. The Climate of the Southeast China is very warm-moderate and is rainy and you will also find many beautiful sceneries in this area. The Karst sceneries are very popular in this area which go from Yunnan to the Guangxi and are very good in Guilin. In this area there are Karst towers that are covered by the plants and also have drop stone caves.
In the area of Yunnan there are also very interesting sceneries that include stone forest. Actually these stone forests are the stone that look like forests but are not petrified forests. The highland of the Yunnan area is very beautiful which is round about 2000m to 4000m high. The capital city of the Yunnan province is Kunming but on the other hand the province of Sichuan is much wooded. Actually the Red Basin of the Sichuan area is very foggy and humid for the whole year. Due to the climate of the Red Basin it is possible to cultivate different types of grains in it. Red Basin also has a city which is very popular which is known as Chongqing.
