Turkish Culture Exhibits in Agri University Spring Festival

Faisalabad, Pak Turk International Schools and Colleges will establish stalls in the 6 days spring festival, which is being celebrated in Agricultural University Faisalabad to introduce its culture and foods.
While talking with the Vice Chancellor of Agricultural University in Faisalabad, Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmed Khan, the Regional Director of Pak Turk International Schools and Colleges, Mr Saadi Yel Duraid with his three members delegation, said that their department intend to initiate a school in Faisalabad in order to spread quality of education in this city. They want that their Turkish brothers will impart education and their expertise to their Pakistani brothers. This department was established in Pakistan in 1996 and now they have opened various schools in about 14 cities of Pakistan where they are busy in providing quality of education to about more than 3000 children.
Vice Chancellor of Agricultural University Faisalabad, Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmed Khan said on this occasion that Faisalabad has the population of 8 million but there are only three government universities and one private university, which cannot cope with the increasing demand of higher education in the city while Rawalpindi and Islamabad have about one dozen universities. He further added that if we want further development in the field of education in this city then we will have to set up about one dozen universities in this city and they can meet the demand of the higher education of the city.
